Agreement to Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by Travofa Nigeria Limited. Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.

By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The person making the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all party members. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

Booking and Reservation

Binding Agreement

All bookings with Travofa Nigeria Limited are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

Group Responsibility

The booking party accepts these conditions on behalf of all members.

Payment Terms

Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Full Payment Deadline

Full payment required 45 days prior to departure for most services.

Last-Minute Bookings

Bookings within 45 days require full payment immediately.

Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified methods.

Cancellation and Refunds

Important: Cancellation must be submitted in writing to Travofa Nigeria Limited. No refunds will be issued for unused services or no-shows.

Cancellation Fee Schedule

45+ Days Before Departure

Deposit only (most flexible option)

44-30 Days Before Departure

50% of total booking cost

29-15 Days Before Departure

75% of total booking cost

14 Days or Less Before Departure

100% of total booking cost (no refund)

Recommendation: Travofa Nigeria Limited strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations and emergencies.

Travel Documents and Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required documentation for their destinations.

Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Many countries enforce this requirement strictly.

While we provide guidance regarding travel requirements, we cannot guarantee accuracy as requirements may change. Always verify with official sources.

Travel Insurance

Highly Recommended

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers to protect your investment.

We Can Help

Travofa can arrange travel insurance upon request, or you may choose your own provider.

Your Coverage

It's your responsibility to ensure adequate coverage for your specific travel needs.

Changes and Modifications

Client-Requested Changes

Changes requested by clients after confirmation may incur additional fees from both Travofa and service providers.

Our Right to Alter

Travofa reserves the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or services if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Communication

Significant changes will be communicated to clients as soon as possible via email or phone.

Pricing and Surcharges

Price Changes

All prices are subject to change until full payment is received. We recommend securing your booking early to lock in current rates.

Liability and Responsibility

Important Notice

Travofa Nigeria Limited acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We arrange services but do not operate or control them directly.

Third-Party Services

Travofa is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity related to services provided by third-party suppliers.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for losses due to weather, strikes, quarantines, pandemics, natural disasters, or other causes beyond our control.

Special Needs

Clients with special needs or medical conditions must notify Travofa at booking. We'll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee all requests will be met.

Special Requests

Special requests will be passed on to relevant suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.

Clients with special dietary needs, accessibility requirements, or other requests should notify us at booking.

Complaints & Disputes

Report complaints immediately to the service provider and to Travofa for best resolution.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of return. We'll work to resolve disputes amicably.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Nigerian laws.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Nigerian courts.

Amendments

Travofa reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The current version will always be available on our website. Please review periodically for changes.
